Minimum wage which is one of the fundamental elements of the working life  represents the lowest limit of the required application fee.
The fee is basically the reward of labor according to a statement in our constitution. One of the most important tasks that our constitution gave to our government take the necessary measures in order to the employees achieve a fair convenient wage for their job.

In the context, the minimum wage determined each year since 1987 by force of being social law government. This application is necessary in terms of international conventions which have been accepted by our country as well as our national legislation.
Our labor law No.4857 set right to determinate to minimum wage by an independent commission of workers, the employers and government within the tripertite structure.
In this regard, the minimum wage is an application that prevents to paid below a certain wage to employees as mediator of an important social policy. There are always possibilities of determining a wage above the minimum wage of workers and employers.
The minimum wage which is still being applied, is valid until the end of month of december as net 1,000,54 Turkish Liras. 6645 by law, by changes in the rates of minimum living allowance with three children of a worker are provided to avoid paying income tax on the minimum wage. In the context,  is realized in 2015 as follows; 
NET MINIMUM WAGE (SINGLE) 1.000,54 ₺
NET MINIMUM WAGE (with 3 children) 1.072,80 ₺
GROSS MINIMUM WAGE 1.273,50 ₺
THE EMPLOYER’S COST 1.496,36 ₺
It will be realize in 2016 as follows;
NET MINIMUM WAGE (SINGLE) 1.300,99 ₺
NET MINIMUM WAGE (married, wife is not working) 1.325,69 ₺
NET MINIMUM WAGE (with 1 child) 1.344,22 ₺
NET MINIMUM WAGE (with 2 children) 1.362,75 ₺
NET MINIMUM WAGE (with 3 children) 1.387,45 ₺
GROSS MINIMUM WAGE 1.647,00 ₺
THE EMPLOYER’S COST 1.935,23 ₺
The minimum wage in real terms from 2003 onwards % 69,49; cumulatively @7,6 was an increase of percent.
EUROSTAT(European Statistical Office) in July 2015, according to data from Turkey 425€ Bulgaria, Romania, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, Poland, Croatia, the minimum wage level in the EU Member States 100-500€ is in the range of 15, which has the highest minimum wage level in the country.
Our government at program  is determined to make an offer to the commission in order to raise the net of the minimum wage in 1300 Turkish Lira . In this context;
